Help keep your children Safe Online

Being online is an amazing way for young people to study, learn, create, and connect with family and friends. But it is also important to help keep them safe.

The best way to help keep young people safe online is to continue having conversations around online safety, regularly checking their phone and app settings together, and manage time online.

Lockdown has been a challenging time for everyone, and rules and routines around online safety may have stopped or changed. Remember it is ok to adapt and make the right changes for your family, but keep having those important conversations with your children.

Please take a look at the following NSPCC website, which offers advice and guidance around online safety, detailing how each app and social media platform works, the risks around them and how to help young people stay safe online.
