The Event Day!
It was incredible to see the enthusiasm from everyone who attended. The energy and engagement from students and adults alike truly made the event what it was. Our vision was to push the boundaries of what’s possible within a school setting; and I genuinely believe we achieved that.
What stood out most was how natural and open the conversations were. Barriers were broken down, and it never felt forced. Students and PwC were at their best when they were able to be themselves and that authenticity is at the heart of what it means to be a team.
A huge thank you to PwC. Your kindness, assertiveness, and culture of inclusion really shone through. It’s a powerful reflection of your values, and our students felt it, they were inspired by the way you engaged fully and
meaningfully. You helped show the real value and potential of this project.
Key Standout Moments:
Xavier stepping up to speak on behalf of a teammate who was struggling , a brilliant example of empathy and leadership.
Lauren and Alex recognising immediately that communication was key to delivering as a team, creating a WhatsApp group to post updates across year groups. A fantastic display of inclusivity and maturity.
Austin opening a conversation with a PwC Director and seeking advice for his pitch, showing real initiative and curiosity.
